Privacy Policy
Not legal advice. Operator policy for the public website and a private developer integration used for read-only own-account statistics.
1. Scope
This policy covers depoisdaia.com and the operator’s TikTok/Instagram OAuth app used only for aggregate own-account analytics (“Moody — analytics”). It is not a public multi-tenant consumer product.
2. Public website
The static site does not require an account. Standard hosting logs (IP, user-agent, time) may be processed by the host for security and operations. We do not use the site to sell contact lists.
3. OAuth / API data
When the operator authorizes the app:
- OAuth tokens and expiry metadata (operator-secured environment);
- account identity fields returned by the platform (e.g. username / account ids);
- aggregate own-account media and performance metrics within granted scopes.
We do not intentionally collect: DM bodies, audience member identities, phone books, precise third-party location, or payment card data.
4. Purpose
- verify the connected account is the intended own-account handle;
- store timestamped aggregate analytics snapshots for the operator’s editorial learning;
- run fail-closed read automations that do not publish on the account’s behalf on the analytics path.
5. Sharing
We do not sell personal data. Tokens and metrics stay in the operator’s private infrastructure. TikTok and Meta/Instagram process data under their own policies when you use OAuth.
6. Retention
Tokens are kept while authorization remains and are removed or rotated on revocation. Analytics snapshots may be retained as brand operational history.
7. Security
Secrets and tokens are stored in a restricted server environment (not public chat). OAuth callbacks use HTTPS. Publish scopes are not requested for the analytics path.
8. Your choices
Revoke the app anytime in TikTok or Instagram connected-apps settings. After revocation, new API pulls stop. Contact us about stored tokens via the email above.
9. Children
This integration is not directed at children under the minimum age required by the platform and applicable law (often 13; may be higher locally).
10. Changes
We may update this page when practices change. The “Last updated” date will change accordingly.
