Terms of Service
Not legal advice. Operator terms for the public site and a private read-only analytics OAuth integration.
1. The service
depoisdaia.com presents the Depois da IA editorial project and operator policies. Separately, the operator may use a developer application to connect owned social accounts via official OAuth and retrieve aggregate performance data for internal analytics.
2. Eligibility
When authorizing the integration, you must be the owner or authorized administrator of the connected account and comply with TikTok, Meta/Instagram, and applicable law.
3. Acceptable use
- Authorize only accounts you control.
- Use granted scopes only for purposes in the Privacy Policy.
- Do not abuse the integration to harvest third-party users, spam, or circumvent platform rules.
4. What the analytics path does not do
On the analytics path, the app is configured not to publish posts, send DMs, operate comment moderation as a product, or change account settings. Any future write capability would require separate explicit operator approval and different scopes.
5. Editorial content
Content on Instagram/TikTok and this website is brand communication. It is not individual health, legal, financial, or educational advice.
6. Platform terms
Your use of TikTok or Instagram remains governed by those platforms’ terms and developer policies. If platform rules conflict with these operator terms regarding platform features, the platform rules control.
7. Availability
The site and integration are provided as-is. APIs, tokens, and networks may fail, rate-limit, or change without notice.
8. Disclaimers
Analytics outputs are observational. Missing metrics may appear as unknown. The operator does not guarantee business results from any metric or recommendation.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of this site, the private integration, or third-party outages.
10. Termination
You may revoke OAuth access anytime in platform settings. The operator may disable the integration or revoke app credentials if misuse or security risk is detected.
